Manifestation has been a trending topic that has captivated millions of people around the world. It is the art of turning your thoughts, desires, and intentions into tangible reality. 

We are all creators of our universe, consciously and unconsciously manifesting every day. When you ask for something, it will appear. Sometimes it doesn’t show up in the way that you expect. Sometimes, things/situations/people need to be removed from your life before you’re able to truly manifest what it is that you truly desire or what is for your highest good. This can feel awful, almost as though the universe is conspiring against you. Growth is a painful experience but as time goes by, you’ll be able to see that it was necessary to achieve what it is that you’ve wanted or to be the person that you’re meant to be. 

One of the key principles behind manifestation is the Law of Attraction. This law states that like attracts like, meaning that the energy that you put out into the universe will attract similar energy back to you. So, if you’re constantly thinking negative thoughts, you’re likely to attract negativity into your life. But, if you focus on positive thoughts and desires, you’ll attract positivity and opportunities.

“You attract who you are, not what you want” – you can only attract what you already are and the vibration that you are on.

Steps For Manifestation

  1. Clear out the junk:

Before you do anything, clear out any emotional, physical, and psychological junk. By that, I mean getting rid of any toxic relationships, bad habits, and limiting beliefs and mindsets. Heal from your past. Learn to forgive yourself and those around you. Build yourself up by developing self-trust and love. Cultivate a sense of freedom within yourself by discovering who you are.

What makes you happy? What brings you joy?

By releasing what is weighing you down, you acanlive authentically and manifest your desires.

2. Set Clear Intentions:

Begin by setting clear and specific intentions. What do you want to manifest in your life? The more detailed you are, the better.

3. Visualize Your Desires:

Close your eyes and vividly visualize your desires as if they’ve already come true. Feel the emotions associated with achieving your goals. Imagine what it would be like to live that moment right this second as if you already have it. You’ve got to believe that it is already yours.

3. Believe in Yourself:

You must have an unwavering belief in your ability to manifest. Doubt can block the process. Remember, you already have what you want to manifest.

4. Take Inspired Action:

Manifestation isn’t just about daydreaming. You need to take action toward your goals. The universe will help those who help themselves, and who are also grateful in the process.

5. Stay Positive:

Maintain a positive mindset and focus on what you want, not what you don’t want. Whatever you focus on, you’ll attract, including what you don’t want. 

6. Practice Gratitude:

Be thankful for what you already have, which can attract more blessings into your life. Live like it is already yours and be thankful. The universe loves grateful people.

7. Release Resistance:

Let go of any limiting beliefs, fears, or doubts that may be holding you back. Trust the process that it will be yours while attaining your goals.
